4i Flow Terms

4i Flow provides AI-generated suggestions to improve resume-job alignment. Results are informational and not guaranteed outcomes.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before submission to employers.

Features may change without prior notice. Temporary downtime or output variability can occur.

By using this service, you agree to use it lawfully and avoid uploading content you do not have permission to process.

Accounts and sign-in: AI analysis and interview coaching require an authenticated session. You may sign in with Google via our Supabase integration. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.

Fair use and limits: We may cap free usage (e.g., combined analysis and interview steps per account). Limits can change; excessive or automated abuse may result in throttling or suspension.

Third-party processing: The service relies on infrastructure and subprocessors including Supabase (auth and database), Google (identity when you choose it), OpenAI or similar model providers for AI output, and optional analytics vendors. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to their respective processing.

AI output: Generated text, scores, and tips are informational only. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice and may be incomplete or incorrect. You decide what to send to employers or other third parties.

Paid plans: Pro is sold as a subscription via Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). Fees, renewals, and taxes follow Lemon Squeezy’s checkout terms and your plan. You may cancel anytime from Upgrade → Manage subscription (Lemon Customer Portal) or from your Lemon receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then access returns to the free tier. We do not offer in-app refunds or prorated credits—contact support only for billing errors.

Share links: If you generate a read-only share link, you are responsible for who receives it. Do not share links to content you are not entitled to distribute. Revoke links you no longer want to be accessible.

Eligibility: The service is not directed to children. You represent that you meet the minimum age to use this service and enter binding agreements in your jurisdiction (often 16 in the EEA, or higher where applicable), or that you have required parental or guardian consent.

Account termination: You may delete your 4i Flow account at any time from Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent—résumés, applications, interview sessions, signatures, and preferences are removed and cannot be restored. Cancelling a Pro subscription does not delete your account; account deletion does not refund unused subscription time.
